Our Pastor has been preaching for 47 years in churches all over Mississippi, including Sardis Lake Baptist Church in Sardis, Bogue Chitto Baptist Church in Tylertown, Parkway Baptist Church in Pascagoula, Balmoral Baptist Church in Memphis, First Baptist Church in Ripley & East End Baptist Church in Columbus. 

He has been serving at Evansville Baptist Church since 2014. 

Graduated from Independence High School in 1968, from Clarke College in 1975 with Associate of Arts Degree, Blue Mountain College in 1977 with Bachelor Arts Degree, Masters Degree from 
New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary in 1981, and Doctor of Ministry Degree in 1983 from Luther Rice Seminary.  Married Jeanette King from Sardis and they have 2 wonderful sons, 2 wonderful daughters-in-law and 4 wonderful grandchildren.  He strives to be a pastor and not just a preacher.
